A Free Mini Workshop + Q&A

Join Rachel for a short workshop exploring some playful and generative approaches to being with relational nourishment.

We explore in a safe, nervous system informed way, in an intimate group setting, what might be available to be felt and digested that is GOOD in the here and now. We then explore some pathways to saying 'YES' to that nourishment somatically.

Prepare a note book, a pen and art materials for capturing. No need to believe in anything in particular or have any experience of anything. Having a body, an imagination & a willingness to explore are the only pre-requisites.

In the final 15-ish minutes there is Q&A time related to the Receiving The Good: Somatic & Ritual Practices for Accepting Nourishment course, which is coming up starting 2nd April 2026.
